Payment & Currencies
We accept payment by PAYPAL which offers various credit cards using their processed online policy secured payment service. Prices are shown in sterling and will be shown in your own currency when entering the checkout service of PAYPAL.
Shipping and Handling
Orders are usually shipped by registered post service and will need a signature on delivery. For reasons of security we will only ship to the billing address forwarded to us by PAYPAL confirming the payment on the credit card when you order online. If this is not convenient please contact us and we will make alternate arrangement (we will need to verify your identity to do this). Packages needed to be sent by Special Delivery please contact us direct by email or telephone for postal charges. If no one is available when the package is delivered you may need to collect this from a local postal point. Please speak to your local mail handlers if you are not sure about this.
Remittance Terms
Please note that all goods must be paid for in full before shipping. Goods remain the property of lwrap limited until payment is received in full.
Tax Charges
The buyer is solely responsible for any import duty, import taxes or other incidental charges that may apply to their particular country or state..
Return of Damaged or Faulty Goods - Our satisfaction guarantee
Whilst we strive to ensure that all goods reach you in perfect condition, there are unfortunately times when this does not happen. If you should receive damaged or faulty goods from us you may contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to arrange a replacement.
